Bazı işletmeler sistemi sadece paketler için değil genel sattıkları yazılım program vs içinde kullanmaları açısından önceden faturası kesilmiş ama ödenmemiş faturaları olabilir. Bunların takibini kolaylaştırmak için böyle bir özellik güzel olurdu. Ayrıca bu resmileşen faturalar silinmez ve sabit kalarak açık bakiye kontrolü de sağlanabilir.
