It is sad to notice that this is not considered in version 3.1.9. It is a fundamental feature of any good help desk.
Likewise, "Ticket Merging" should be introduced in WiseCP a ticket merge feature

This is still not available in 3.1.9.1
The status of this is "Under Consideration". But for which version? please confirm.
