Multi level tax rules

I am creating the multi-level tax rules in WISECP but WISECP only supports single-level tax rules. This feature is available in BLESTA and WHMCS.

This feature is required for a country like India where GST tax rules (SGST, CGST, IGST) apply on the invoice.
