Restrict clients in ordering the same product multiple times

Hi,

I offer free plans or free trials to my customers. But some of them are abusive, ordering the same free products repeatedly.

Please create a restriction where customers can only order:
1. 1 of the same product at the time if active. If cancelled, client can order the same product again.
2. Can order the trial once. And MUST upgrade to a paid plan

I am not sure if this works by default already in WiseCP.
But I think this works already in the WiseCP 30 day trial?
