Add exchange rate multiplier

Add multiplier to currency exchange rates for each currency so we can add small exchange rate correction after each exchange rate autoupdate for example if for USD-EUR we have exchange rate 0.92, but we need to increase it for 5% we can set multiplier to 1.05 so after update exchange rate for USD-EUR will be 0.96
