Add extra or separate email address for notifications

For example, I dont want my admin email to be flooded by notification emails. Can I add or set another email for notification for tickets, orders, etc? So there will be an account email and you can optionally set or add another email to receive the notifications or alerts. Per admin or client account, add checkboxes or toggle buttons on which things I want to be notified of.
