Currently clients have no option to cancel addons. The only way would be to cancel the whole service. The same "rules" as normal services should apply: either immediate cancellation or cancellation on due date. There should also be an option to auto-cancel addons if the parent service is cancelled.

Hello With the WISECP 3.1, additional services will now be automatically canceled along with the main services. Regards.
