It should be possible to create a Client group and put several clients there. These clients will only see products and their pricing activated for said group. For example I create Group A and I put Jose and Anne there. Then I create Group B, I put Gian there. In Group A, I set Basic hosting price as $8/yr and in Group B, I set Basic hosting price as $12/yr.
