As many here we came from whmcs, and we use a lot conditionals sintaxis inside emails templates, like: Thanks for buying... blablbal.... {if product=cpanel} you can login in domain:2082 {else product=plesk} you can login in domain:8002 {/if} It is very useful to use a same template to several products.
