Add BCC to email notification template

So I think BCC would be a good idea for people who want to implement the Trust Pilot Review system as you currently need the BCC header for it to monitor emails and then send a review us email accordingly

I so far have not seen any way to add a BCC email to say the invoice payment confirmed only a CC email.

Good idea. Trustpilot offers BCC emailing to request automated feedback from customers.

"Service enabled" or "Server/VPS enabled". In both of these email templates, a BCC field would be handy.
