ADD WEBHOOK system

adding a WEBHOOK function allows you to connect thousands of ZAPIER applications etc via trigers.. that would be really good I know that many people offer it that would be great..

This opens up the possibility of connecting CRM, banking, etc. software with wisecp.

For example if a customer orders on wisecp.com -> it creates an action on a Zapier application that gives a lot of ideas!.
