Allow clients to cancel addons

Currently clients have no option to cancel addons. The only way would be to cancel the whole service.
The same "rules" as normal services should apply: either immediate cancellation or cancellation on due date.
There should also be an option to auto-cancel addons if the parent service is cancelled.

Hello

With the WISECP 3.1, additional services will now be automatically canceled along with the main services.
