It would be nice to have a built in project management system. Even as an add-on product that has a one time cost.

I would like to see features such as:
- Ticket integration
- Attach files
- Attach to customer or set for internal use
- Reporting ability
- Create tasks
- Each person who works on tasks can add their time per task for billing
- Allow for customer to see project or not
- Billing integrations
- Ability to bill a whole cost or by the hours spent
- Ability to choose what hours to bill for and what not to that was entered
- Tasks status
- Project status and ECD
- Milestones
- Ability to create templates for projects so all tasks do not have to be created for new project if one has been done in the past just like it
- Note section
- Communication board for collaboration
