According to German case law, a simple way to cancel subscription contracts has been mandatory for quite some time. Unfortunately, WISECP does not offer a satisfactory integrated solution here.

Ideally, a contact form should be available, through which the customer can enter the following data without having to log in to his account: First name, last name, email address, customer number, order number, type of cancellation (ordinary cancellation or extraordinary cancellation), in the case of extraordinary cancellation, indication of the exact reason, time of effectiveness of the cancellation (next possible time, date chosen by the customer). Finally, a button with the label "Cancel now" (in german: "Jetzt Kündigen") must be provided. By clicking on this, the customer must immediately receive an e-mail with the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation.
It would be nice to have such a solution integrated in WISECP and controllable from the backend, without having to integrate external applications in an elaborate way.
