Copy over Images from KB articls into WISECP directories

It would be good if the import tool had ability to to copy the images in WHMCS KB articles into WISECP directories and when creating the new KB articles switched image source from the original WHMCS directory to new WISECP location.

This way we don't have a load of dead image links if we delete original directory.
