Coupon apply for renewal order

Hi,

I have created a coupon for blackfriday event, and I want this coupon can applied for both: new order and renewal order.

But now, Wisecp can not did it at this time, the coupon only applied to new order, can not applied to renewal order.

So, please add this features..
