Fund limit

Please add Fund limit. Limit for adding fund and limit for max fund in account. For example a client can keep $300 in his account then if he has $300 already added then he will not be able to add anymore fund until this is reduce to $290, then when it is $290 he can add only $10 not $20 to keep his max balance $300. Please consider this feature.
