Limiting use of Credit Balance on New Orders

I would like the ability/option to limit the use of credit balance on initial orders and only allow for renewal invoices.

Additionally the option to set this on specified products/groups.

Personally I find it unnecessary. The customer pays to add credits to his account, it's the same as paying the bills directly via a payment method other than account credits.
Moreover, it seems to me that with the payment in account credits there is the possibility to activate the automatic payment of all the invoices.
