Thank you for your suggestion. This feature, together with additional improvements, is now available in WISECP 5. In other words, the capability requested here has been addressed in the WISECP 5 release. If you are using an earlier version, please review the WISECP 5 release and update information so you can benefit from this feature and the other enhancements included in that version. The WISECP 5 admin panel was redesigned and is fully responsive: support tickets and chat can be handled from your phone or tablet browser without installing a separate app. We appreciate your feedback and your contribution to improving WISECP.

An easy webapp would be nice. Just a link like host.tld/admin/support - where all admins can login and see only the support section.

That is true but it is much easier as an admin to open an app and the ability to stay logged in and use fido2 compliant bio-metrics to ensure security. It is nice that the app is adaptive to browser screens do not get me wrong however, apps makes the work flow so much better and faster.
