Allow Invoice Formalization Upload When Taxation Is Disabled

Pedido

WISECP currently requires Taxation to be enabled and an invoice to be marked as “Taxed” before an externally issued official PDF invoice can be uploaded through Invoice Formalization. This creates a limitation for businesses that do not charge VAT or other taxes but generate their official invoices through an external accounting system. Our required workflow is: Taxation remains disabled. No Tax field or Tax line is displayed on the order form. No Tax field or Tax line is displayed on the client invoice or invoice PDF. An externally issued official PDF can still be uploaded and made available to the client for each paid invoice. Setting the tax rate to 0% is not equivalent to this requirement because the Tax line remains visible in the order form and invoice. Requested change: Please make the Invoice Formalization document upload independent of the Taxation setting and invoice Tax Status. The upload field should be available for any paid invoice, including untaxed and tax-free invoices. This would support businesses that: are not VAT registered; do not charge tax; issue invoices through external accounting software; need to provide the externally generated official document through the client area. The existing Taxation and Invoice Formalization behavior can remain unchanged for users who currently rely on it. This request is only to make official document upload available independently of tax configuration.
