Are there plans to have mobile apps for easy management of tickets and chat on the go? You can not always be in front of the computer.

An easy webapp would be nice. Just a link like host.tld/admin/support - where all admins can login and see only the support section.

That is true but it is much easier as an admin to open an app and the ability to stay logged in and use fido2 compliant bio-metrics to ensure security.

It is nice that the app is adaptive to browser screens do not get me wrong however, apps makes the work flow so much better and faster.
