this should be added. Many mail sending systems don't use email for the username.
Also should be able to use different email addresses for the type of transaction, eg: [email protected] for invoices, [email protected] for support tickets.

Hi Vinicius, I've had the same issue. I worked around it by updating some files and using the SMTP credentials from Amazon SES. You can find my patch here, hopefully it will be added to WISECP:
