It would be good to have an optional official chat client built into system to chat directly to front site visitors or logged in clients instead of 3rd party options.

A client that integrates with customer accounts so you can instantly see customers are online and ability bring up their details within client etc.

Great idea, hope WISECP will do this, it's not easy since they need phone app and windows app aswell, but it's worth it.

No phone or windows app is needed. It can all be browser based.

No you can't because that is a separate 3rd party chat client and completely misses the point of the request.
