Add a client profile log where all actions to do with the client/profile changes are logged like date adjustments or anything action hat can be done on profile. We need and option to add notes to clients profile hat are logged/time/date etc.

That note option isn't isn't really suits le or what I was referring to. It's more a single sheet text pad. As I said in description I was requesting a proper Admin notes for client profile where staff can log their actions like what's available in WHMCS.
