I'm new to wisecp, I would love to see a domain search bar we could add to Wordpress, or may be this already exists?

this will bring problems with it over time as a direct integration i can promise you that, i have seen it with wordpress and whmcs it only bring headaches and problems like both wordpress and whmcs getting hacked.
the only thing i can see working is a widget intergration for elementor(visual builder plugin) for getting domain checker, package pricing(sync),package direct add to cart. i highly discouraged anything like login share and embedded/iframe of client area when it comes to cms systems like wordpress that have addons/plugins.
just make wisecp a subdomain like my.example.com or customer.example.com & client.example.com and have wordpress run on the main domain, this also help for google's new seo ranking since this year july update, and for your maintenance for both installments if i say so my self.

I think it could be an integration with the Wordpress Toolkit, then it would work, Plesk and cPanel already have it.

Depends how the integration is made, you speak about bad coded plugins such as WHMCS Bridge and such, those sucked, and in reality WHmcS sucked, because they did not allowed properly the developers to add features due to the nature of their security measures.
