Microware hungarian domain registrar

Can you develop Microware domain registrar modul?
Dokumentation is here: https://admin.microware.hu/modules/addons/api/api.pdf
It is for *.hu TLD's. This TLD do not use transfer code, so it my will be good if I can turn of the tranfer code ask during order (user can take order without transfer code because it is not need for .hu TLD)
It was very important for hungarian region.
