Online payments fixed commission per transaction

Both PayPal and Stripe charge a one-time fixed fee on payment that I can’t specify anywhere as the cost of the payment, just the percentage of the payment commission per transaction.

This is not very good, because if I try to include the price of the payment cost per transaction in the price of the service, the prices will be too high compared to competing service providers, but whoever pays by for example bank transfer, will also have to pay, the fixed commission per transaction.

The solution would be good if, when setting of the payment gateways, I could also specify the fixed commission per transaction in the chosen currency below the input field of percentage per transaction commission.

That would be very helpful. Without taking into account the "business transactions + fixed fee" the calculation of the payment system is not correct. Or rather, the fee amount is almost always different from the actual fees reflected by Stripe and PayPal.

PayPal for example, takes a fixed fee of 0,55 CHF (or 0.35EUR). Unfortunately WiseCP doesn't take this into account.
In addition, they take fees for business transactions as a percentage like 3,4%. WiseCP can handle that today.

Stripe takes fixed a fee of 0.30 CHF and a business transaction fee of 2.9%.
