Option to disable client name and address fields

Please add an option in the admin area to be able to disable either all or certain client area name and address fields from being able to be able to be changed by the client without administrative approval.

Yes I think so, but is there an option to disable all or field or just for what was shown? and I didn't see an option to be able to disable name changes.
