Reseller: Unlock better pricing when deposit funds

Some vendors give their resellers better pricing when they deposit funds in account balance. How to accomplish this in Wisecp? Currently you can only give discounts to reseller based on number of sales. I want to give discounts based on amounts deposited to their account balance. I want to set duration for this discount as well. Maybe until they use up the balance or for 1 year only.
