In notifications, by default you dont include variable to show ticket reply in email alert. The email alert just says "support replied to ticket".
In future it will be very convenient that email alert will include the actual ticket reply and you can reply from there. Your reply should then appear in ticket system of Wisecp. No need to login to Wisecp to reply to the ticket.
