Users represent any individual with access to log in to the customer area. Users can be invited and managed through a new dedicated user management interface, with permission-based controls and a simple email-based invitation workflow.
This has my vote but it should be 'Trusted users' with permissions set by the primary owner of the account. The primary owner can invite other users to co-manage the account. He can then designate these 'other users' with full access or limited access.
