To be able to add a reason when we suspend a service.

I suggest adding the possibility to put a reason when suspending a service so that the customer can be informed of the reason for suspending his service without having to ask his host's support for the reason. Also add the reason in the email that is sent when a service is suspended.

This isn't already in WiseCP? O_o

I really want to move to WiseCP but I keep finding out about lots of little things that are not included which seem totally obviously needed but not included? I'm baffled as to why this isn't part of WiseCP already like custom email templates are not. It makes no sense to me why these are not a part of system since very first version of software.

Indeed this feature is very useful. The v3 is very promising, it would be a pity if my suggestion is not accepted.
