Is it possible to setup an incoming mail server in Wisecp so clients can directly reply to ticket email notification and their reply will appear in ticket inside Wisecp?
The process for this request has been completed. It will be available with V3
And it had to be more than only one e-mail mail server connection. It would be nice if it connected with the departments, and all departments need an own mail connection.
Support that this feature must be implemented, in whmcs it is possible. when the customer opens a support ticket he just needs to respond directly to his email, this response appears inside the whmcs, without the need for him to respond directly in the customer area. but with WISECP this recruit is missing. I hope it is considered and attributed.
I hope this gets done since no android/ios apps for Wisecp admin. Much easier to reply in tickets via email than logging in to Wisecp admin area to do so.
