Priority Support Option
Under Consideration Ricky R. 20/08/2022 - 06:44I would like the ability to charge customers for priority support. A place where they can pay to escalate a ticket to the top of the list. Our policy is 24 to 48 hours for tickets when it comes to am SLA unless there is an outage, then we respond immediately.
We want to allow customer to pay a fee based on escalation level if they choose or even offer it free for VIP customers.
